When you are updating your files or are about ready to do a mailing, you can merge hundreds of different lists and then run them through our state-of-the-art merge/purge program in a single run. This will purge out all duplicates and edit all input files for deliverability, and we may then generate a host of useful reports, counts and matrices.

POSTAL DISCOUNT PRESORTS

Before doing an actual mailing we will run your prepared list (after the
merge/purge) through our CASS certified postal pre-sort program. This will sort your list in the proper order for maximum postage savings by separating the list by carrier route, append Zip+4, and/or bar coding, that will give you the most generous postal discount.

PERSONALIZATION

We can give your mail piece a personal look, which will compel the recipient to open and read your message. Full personalization is a cinch when processed by our sophisticated hardware and software. This can be done directly onto your mail piece of any size and material. Complicated matches are also no problem, thanks to our new and improved mail merge software.

DETAILED REPORTS

Printed detailed reports will be given to you at your request and after every direct mail endeavor. During each mailing, tests runs are coded with specific codes to enable detailed response analysis. Reports include house file updates, response analysis, expenses, profits, etc... PERSONALIZED ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

If your business is such that you must send a personalized acknowledgement, thank you letter or receipt after your mailing, we can automatically generate this correspondence on your letterhead. Reports can then be generated to assure that all letters were sent out and when.
